Whitsons Emergency Dining is always at the ready, providing twenty-four hour dining services in all types of emergency situations, including natural and manmade disasters, human resource emergencies, equipment failures, building damage and power outages. Our experience runs the gamut from short-term service during hurricanes and building repairs, to serving four million meals over nine months to rescue and recovery workers at the World Trade Center and four other support sites in the Metropolitan area following the 9/11 terrorist attacks. We have the experience and the resources to respond quickly to any disaster situation, freeing our clients to concentrate on running their organizations.

We offer the flexibility of choosing to provide meals produced on site or delivered in temperature-controlled vehicles from our USDA-inspected culinary centers. Meal options include individually packaged or family style meals, prepared fresh, flash frozen or shelf stable. Our emergency services include:
