Laura Binder, MS, RD is a member of the purchasing department as the nutrition compliance associate. She helps to ensure that all of our new food items meet federal, state, and local wellness policies, and makes sure every vendor that we work with has the necessary food safety documentation. She also assists marketing and sales with projects throughout the year, and helps to coordinate the Nutrition Safari costume program. Laura enjoys contributing to Traditions and the Whitsons community blog with her knowledge of nutrition, physical activity, and stress management.
