provide a full complement of dining services, from café management, executive dining,
menu planning, recipe development and interior design consulting…to

School Nutrition. Whitsons manages dining programs for both public and private schools, optimizing nutritional value and providing nutritional education while maximizing menu variety and quality. Our nutrition programs are backed by comprehensive marketing and merchandising plans tailored to each education level.
Culinary Development. We specialize in utilizing the highest quality ingredients and most innovative solutions to develop food products that meet our clients’ unique needs. We offer our clients a state-of-the-art research and development environment for recipe development, small- or large-scale production of fresh-chilled, Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) and frozen food products. We provide innovative packaging solutions, fulfillment, distribution, warehousing and product launches.
Delivered Meals. Utilizing the finest ingredients, Whitsons’ chefs custom-prepare meals at our technologically advanced culinary centers. Hot, cold or frozen meals are prepared fresh daily and delivered in temperature controlled vehicles.
Residential/Healthcare. Whitsons provides senior living communities, medical centers and other facilities with varied menu options…prepared fresh onsite. Our menus emphasize special nutritional needs such as those of the elderly, infants, the infirm and people on restricted diets. We also help our clients successfully navigate local, state and federal regulatory requirements.
Emergency Dining. Calling upon our state-of-the-art food preparation capabilities, our vast delivery fleet, extensive mobile equipment and carefully trained team, Whitsons can provide 24-hour dining services in all kinds of emergency situations including natural disasters, power outages, strikes, manmade disasters and equipment failures.
