Whitsons Residential Services serves the highly specialized needs of customers in various residential and heathcare settings, from infants and children to adults, seniors and the infirm. We focus on working with each client to assess their dining service challenges and create a customized solution that meets their current and long-term goals.

We offer a diverse selection of menu options that can be prepared directly on site or delivered right to your door in one of our temperature-controlled vehicles. In operations where meals are produced on site, Whitsons provides a team of trained and experienced managers and staff to oversee every aspect of the dining program. Meals are customized for each client and prepared fresh each day using wholesome ingredients and recipes developed and tested by our culinary specialists. Delivered meals are prepared fresh in our USDA-inspected culinary center can be fresh chilled, flash frozen or packaged in Modified Atmosphere Packaging, and either pre-portioned or family-style.

From simple entrees to ethnically diverse selections, we also offer a wide variety of therapeutic menus designed to meet specific dietary guidelines and restrictions. Our professional support staff includes registered dietitians who are available to provide nutrient analysis and ensure compliance with each client’s dietary requirements.

We also host special holiday and/or theme meals and other special events to help maintain an exciting dining environment. We believe this approach is particularly valuable in residential settings, where our customers may be facing difficult challenges or spending time away from loved ones.
