Superfoods are foods that are especially beneficial to our health and can give our diet a nutritional boost, while reducing our risk of heart disease, memory loss and other health problems. This is because these foods are full of vitamins, minerals, fiber and other essential nutrients. Basically, these foods pack a big nutritional punch!
